UK Statutory Consumer Rights

Your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 entitle you to:

• A full refund within 30 days if your product is faulty or not as described.

• Repair or replacement of defective products within a reasonable time.

• A partial refund if repairs or replacements are not possible.

Warranty & Guarantees

• All Innova NanoJet products are covered by a 12-month manufacturer’s warranty.

• The warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship but excludes damage from misuse or unauthorized repairs.

• Customers can register their warranty for additional support and product updates.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

• If you receive a faulty or incorrect product, please contact us within 7 days of receipt. We will arrange for a replacement or refund, including return shipping where applicable.
